This Investment Analysis Calculator, courtesy of REI WISE, provides an easy-to-use tool for quick evaluations of Commercial and Residential Investment opportunities. Please note that it is uses a US style mortgage calculation, which is based on annual compounding. However, it is useful for "ballpark" calculations for Canadian opportunities. (Canadian mortgages are compounded semi-annually, not in advance.) Please contact me if you would like to do more thorough analysis of the opportunity.
