Paul joined the Real Estate profession in 2002 after twelve years of increasing sales responsibility in the Automated Data Collection (ADC) industry, for a total of over twenty years of sales experience. This includes four years in sales management at the National level in ADC. His background in technology, contracts, public speaking, negotiation, consultative selling and management has provided him with an ideal blend of skills that is well suited to a Real Estate practitioner.

Paul's real estate focus has been in the Central & Western GTA (Greater Toronto Area) with a very strong emphasis on Yorkville. In order to provide a full range of services for clients in our immediate market his coverage includes commercial, residential and condo properties. His in-depth analysis skills, attention to detail, marketing skills, and intimate knowledge of the Yorkville district make him an ideal match for both commercial and residential clients in the Yorkville area. He is the publisher of the Yorkville eNewsletter, an electronic newsletter devoted to the "People, Places and Things" of Yorkville, the creator and sponsor of the web page for the Yorkville Art Walk and part of the Membership Committee of the Yonge-Bloor-Bay Business Assocation (YBB).  

Paul was born, raised and educated in Toronto. He has coached for the Erin Mills Soccer Club, serves his church in a variety of roles and has served as a Board Member/Treasurer (2002-2009) for MLC, a local youth-focused community organization.

Paul is member of the Toronto Real Estate Board, Commercial Division, the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and the International Real Estate Society (I.R.E.S.). His is also an Accredited Senior Agent (ASA), a Canadian certification for realtors assisting clients in their senior years.
