Paul's primary real estate focus is Yorkville with past experience in other areas of the Central & Western GTA (Greater Toronto Area). His in-depth analysis skills, attention to detail, marketing skills, and intimate knowledge of the people and properties in the Yorkville district make him an ideal match for both existing Yorkville residents and newcomers to the area. The majority of his time is spent helping clients with Yorkville Condos. He provides a monthly, detailed "Six Month Condo Sales Report" to the community via the Bloor-Yorkville Condos web page.

Paul plays an active role as a Director of the Yonge-Bloor-Bay Business Association (YBB) and promotes the area as a "Yorkville Ambassador". 

He is also a member of The Toronto-Forest Hill Rotary Club, which meets weekly in Yorkville, and works on the Membership Committee to promote Rotary in the Yorkville area.

Background
Paul joined the Real Estate profession in 2002 after twelve years of increasing sales responsibility in the Automated Data Collection (ADC) industry. This includes four years in sales management at the National level in ADC. His background in technology, contracts, public speaking, negotiation, consultative selling and management has provided him with an ideal blend of skills that provides a direct benefit to his real estate clients.

Paul was born, raised and educated in Toronto. He has coached for the Erin Mills Soccer Club, serves his church in a variety of roles and has served as a Board Member/Treasurer (2002-2009) for MLC, a local youth-focused community organization.

Paul is member of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and the International Real Estate Specialist (I.R.E.S.) organization. His is also an Accredited Senior Agent (ASA), a Canadian certification for realtors assisting clients in their senior years.
