Kopy Kats

If you are ever in Yorkville on a summer Saturday afternoon make sure you drop by the Village of Yorkville Park on Cumberland at Bellair. On the North Side of the Park, facing Cumberland, you will probably see and hear of couple of guys who enjoy entertaining anyone and everyone. They go by the name Kopy Kats and do an excellent job of covering many of the classic pop songs of the past. Paul Storm (on left) and Jim Keddy (on right) have been playing together for years and their close harmonies show it. If you enjoy hearing songs by America, The Eagles, Doobie Brothers, Gerry and the Pacemakers, Crosby Stills Nash and Young as well as other from the same period then you will enjoy listening to the Kopy Kats. Bring a coffee, find a spot to sit and enjoy! Oh yes, donations accepted. (They are buskers after all.)
