Liloo Alim is the Chef Concierge at the renowned Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, where she has worked for the past 27 years.  Born in Bombay, India, Liloo arrived in Canada in 1975 and immediately fell in love with the Canadian hospitality.  In 1980, she joined the hotel’s concierge team and, within one year, this determined woman made Canadian history when she became the first woman in Canada to be inducted into Les Clefs d’Or, the prestigious world-renowned association of concierges.
